Billie Jean McCoy, 91, of Fred, Texas, passed away on Oct 22, 2019 in Fred. Billie was born in Olney, Texas to CC and Willma Burnett on Oct 15, 1928. She went to school in Valley View, TX. She married her military sweetheart, Don Jay McCoy. Billie worked as a homemaker raising her two daughters, Barbra and Glenda. She was a wonderful mother who never missed a basketball game. She also was a great bowler for many years and was apart of a travel trailer club called Good Sam.

Billie is preceded in death by her loving husband Don, her parents CC and Willma, her daughter Glenda and her baby boy Rickey.

Billie is survived by her daughter Barbra and husband Orvis Lewis. 7 grandchildren, Troy Arion, Tracey Fulps, Brian Murley, Dawn Schwaab, Lori Ramer, Kerri Toupes, and Monica Soch. 9 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. Billie will be greatly missed by many.
