Bruce Patrick Treadaway, 71, of Balmorhea, Texas passed away on August 18, 2019 in Odessa, Texas. Bruce was born on May 27, 1948 in El Paso, Texas to Henry Treadaway and Rita Tatum.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Harkey Fuenral Home. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 23, 2019 at First United Methodist Church in Monahans, Texas will Jim Goodwin, and Pastor Jeppie Wilson officiating, burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
Bruce is survived by his wife; Gidget, married on October 5, 2012. Bruce said “We have three daughters”; Michelle Yoho, Tamra Uechi, Amanda Uechi Ronan, three sons; Jay Treadaway, Clay Treadaway, Tatum Treadaway, grandchildren; Kaylie Treadaway (KK), Nathan Valle, Katelyn Treadaway, Tatum Deane Treadaway, Sydney Uechi Ronan, Weston Treadaway, Kolby Treadaway, brothers; Russell Kent Treadaway, George Treadaway and wife Sherry, closest and dearest friends; Bobby Spinks, Victor Mondragon, Bill Hoffman, Charles Collins, Billy Riley, Gerald Ford, and numerous friends, you know who you are, Thank You for your friendship.
Pallbearers will be Bill Hoffman, Cody Shackleford, Chuck Ramsey, Gerald Ford, Tatum Deane Treadaway, John Fauscett, Charles Collins, and Mike Bundick.
A personal thank you from Gidget: Bruce and I are blessed to have so many friends and family. Thank you, Bruce was the most sweet, kind husband, and I was privileged to be his wife, friend, and business partner. We have made such beautiful memories, I learned how to love again when I met and married Bruce; Honey I love you so much and thank you, Gidget your Cowgirl.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Balmorhea Methodist Church, Diabetes Association, or Shriners Hosptial.
