Cindy Fulfer, 68, of Monahans, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021, in Monahans, Texas.
Cindy was born in Amarillo, Texas to Horace and Iris Blagg on July 14, 1953.
Cindy was a mom, wife, grandma, and a friend to the end! She was a schoolteacher for 33 years. She also worked at The Department of Human Services for 13 years. Cindy was married to her husband Edwin for 42 years. A full life in anybody’s book! Still taken too soon! She is in a better place now.
Cindy is survived by her husband Edwin Fulfer, along with her sons Colin, Nathan, and daughter Whitney and husband Tivo Armendariz and 3 grandchildren Nolan, Mila, and Aiden
