Debbie was born in Odessa on September 15, 1955, to her loving parents, Alfred Almanza Carrasco and Gloria Gomez Carrasco. Debbie was raised and attended school in Monahans. Later, she got her Bachelors in Psychology and worked as a Counselor for Aim High School. Last but not least, she earned her Masters in Counseling working for a College Preparatory Program called Upward Bound as an Academic Counselor, later being promoted to Director. After many years, of sharing her wisdom and guidance helping so many people with their education she was able to Retire. Debbie was such a beautiful soul who could genuinely help anyone solve a problem. She was strong in her Catholic Faith, she lived her Crusillo (De Colores) at a young age of 16 and taught CCD for many years. She loved shopping, especially bargain shopping! Spending time with family and would always say, “With mine and Roberts Love, we created such a beautiful family.” She LOVED Baking, Cooking, Decorating, Traveling, and Planning.
