Dominga Espino

Dominga Corrales Espino, 70 of Monahans passed away in her home surrounded by her family, on February 26, 2022.

Minga was born in Pecos, Tx to Valentine Leyva Corrales and Irene Machuca Navarrette on February 24, 1952.

Minga married the love of her life Norberto Zavala Espino on September 9, 1972 in Presidio, Tx. They were married 39 wonderful years. Minga worked many years as a home health provider and a presser at Lobo Cleaners, she dedicated her life to her family. Once retired you would find her baking, making tamales, or outside watering her plants and visiting with her great friends Alejandra Sepulveda and Blanca Galindo. If Minga wasn’t home you would find her at the casino. She was a member of the Catholic Church where she served as a Crusillista.

Minga is preceded in death by her husband Norberto Espino, father Valentine Corrales, sister Lydia Melchor, son in laws Augustine Ramirez and Andres Andrade, grandbaby Ramirez and her beloved aunt Tomasa Cabuezuela.

Minga is survived by her mother Irene Navarrette, children Dolores Andrade of Odessa, Ernesto Espino of Monahans, Rosario Rodriguez (Mario) of Odessa, Christina Hernandez (Servando) of Monahans, Oscar Espino of Odessa, and Prisma Veronica Espino of Monahans.  12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Her fur-grandpup Lily Ann Espino. Sisters Beatrice, Aida, Elva, Valentina, Cynthia, Maribel, and Eva. One brother Miguel and numerous nieces and nephews.
