Doris Lee Fitts Williams, 74 years old of Lubbock, Texas passed away January 24, 2018 in Odessa, Texas. Doris Lee Fitts was born in Lubbock, Texas to Loudelia Hooks and Early Fitts on July 21, 1943.

Doris Lee Fitts is preceded in death by her mother and father; Loudelia Hooks and Early Fitts, her sisters; Ruby Jewel Fitts, Lavada Lee Walker, Addie Louise Girdy, her children; Ule Brennon Williams, Melinda Williams, and Richard Williams.

Doris Lee Fitts is survived by her children; Christine Spencer of Monahans, Texas, Chris Williams of Odessa, Texas, Carol Williams of Monahans, Texas, David Dwayne Williams of Monahans, Texas, Lavada Williams of Monahans, Texas, Daryl Williams of Midland, Texas, Carla Elizabeth Frison of Midland, Texas, Floyd Walker of Monahans, Texas, Stacy Adams and her husband Miles Adams of Abilene, Texas, Ramaunda Callender of Virginia, Texas, Doristine Williams of Dallas, Texas, sisters, Themla Marrs and husband LV. Marrs of Odessa, Texas, Annie Dugas and husband Rodney Dugas of Monahans, Texas, niece; Janelle Willis and husband Shag Willis of Breckenridge, Texas, nephew; Lamon Myers of Odessa, Texas, 32 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Our mother was very loving and outgoing and loved all her family and spending time with all of her grandchildren. We really appreciate everything she did for us and all the extra love that she gave us. Our mother never met a stranger and all of her close friends and friends of the family will always have a memorable story to tell about her because she truly loved the lord. We love you Momma Sweet Sadie.

Pallbearers will be Chris Williams, David Williams, Lamon Myers, Raymond Bumpas, Isiaha Jolivette, and Christopher Spencer.

Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2018, family visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Harkey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Cornerstone Church in Monahans, Texas with Pastor Stan Huffty, burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery in Monahans, Texas.
