Geneva Gallander

Geneva Ruth Gallander, 76, of Monahans, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 26, 2017. She was born January 27, 1941 in Eastland, Texas to Thomas Ezra (Annie Ruth) Chitwood. Geneva married Joe Mack Gallander, June 21, 1956 in Monahans, Texas.
Geneva was the owner/operator of Geneva's Body Works for 32 years in Monahans. She always had a smile for everyone and loved to laugh. Geneva loved to read, and especially enjoyed reading her bible. She always enjoyed her time at her computer.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, and 1 Sister Gracie Regan.
Geneva is survived by her Husband of 61 years, Joe of Monahans, 2 Daughters; Joe Helen Barton of Jacksonville, Texas, and Lynn Davis of Fort Worth, Texas; 2 Sons; Tommy (Vickie) Gallander of Monahans, and David (Larice) Gallander of Mansfield, Texas, 1 Sister; Barbara (Floyd) Wingrove of Mineola, Texas; 11 Grandchildren; Stacy (Jody) Halford, Amber (Richard) Knight, Krista (Tom) Day, Joshua Gallander, Janine (Sal) Alvarez, Sarah (J.J.) Stoy, Aarron Gallander, Timothy (Allison) Davis, Danae Davis, Jennifer (Mike) Lankford, Julie Davis; 25 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Burial will be at a later date.
