Jesse Lea Luna

Jesse Lea Luna, age 66, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born to Jesse Lea and Angela Bertha Fulcher on February 9, 1959, Jesse was a celebrated Wink High School athlete, excelling in volleyball and track and a talented gardener known for her beautiful roses.

 Jesse is survived by her loving husband, Mauricio Luna; her children, Franklin Henderson and Sophia Henderson; and her three precious grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jayana, and Kailani Henderson. She also leaves behind her siblings, Marcela Cecil of Seattle, WA, Patricia Storm of Brownwood, TX, Jane Brown of Tyler, TX, and Frances Perryman of Louisville, KY. Jesse was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy, her parents, and her eldest sister, Mary.

 A celebration of Jesse’s life will be held from 9 AM to 4 PM on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Harkey Funeral Home in Monahans. Family, friends, and all who knew Jesse are invited to join in honoring her memory. Jesse’s love for her family and her wonderful sense of humor will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all.
