Lonnie B. Anderson, 67 of Wickett, Texas, was born on November 5th,1958, in Monahans Texas, to L.B. (Plunk) Anderson and Audrey Mae Blackmon. Mr. Anderson entered into eternal rest on March 22, 2026.
Lonnie B. Anderson was a hard worker. He worked in the oil and gas industry for many years. He was very skilled with his hands. There was no job that he couldn't do! Lonnie was a man of many words. (LOL) He always has something to say and would gladly speak what was on his mind. You never know what he was going to say, but whatever it was, all you do was laugh and smile. Lonnie never met a stranger; everywhere he went, he would meet a friend. He loved to laugh!
His favorite things were telling stories, fishing, poker, watching the Dallas Cowboys, riding around town (with Greyson), and spending time with family, especially his nephew, children and grandchildren. Lonnie B. Anderson is already missed. We will miss his phone calls, laughter, firmness, his sense of humor, love, and most of all his smile.
Lonnie is preceded in death by both parents, L.B. Anderson and Audrey Blackmon, and brothers Evat Chatman (Pokey Dot), John L. Anderson. He is now reunited with his parents and especially his brothers, whom he missed greatly.
Lonnie is survived by his wife Lori L. Anderson, his brother, Delvin Carrol, his children, Lamonte Anderson, Marlin Anderson, Sylvin Anderson, Shawniqua Anderson Mitchell, Kyndrik Anderson, Mikalah Lujan. Bonus Children: Kenyatta Session, Arthur Navarette, Justin Lopez, Jayson Orona, and his little baby, Greyson Ruiz.
He had 17 grandchildren,23 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was extremely close to his Nephew and Niece, Binky and Michie Chatman. Lonnie's family takes comfort in knowing he accepted Jesus as his savior and is no longer in pain; he is at peace and will always be remembered for the many memories he leaves behind.
