Madilyn Mcgowan

Madilyn Holley McGowan, of Monahans, Texas passed away on October 13, 2016 in Lubbock, Texas.
Madilyn was born in Odessa, Texas to Jonathan and Brittany McGowan on May 18, 2014.

Our super hero "Bubbs" was so full of life and just loved everyone. She loved to watch her brother do all his sports, she loved to watch her dad race cars, and just loved, loved, loved her grandmothers (Nana and Buela).
She was the most selfless little girl, had so much love for the world. She loved batman and racecars, Frozen, Rapunzel, and the moon, "Oh her beautiful moon" she would say.

Madilyn "Bubbs" McGowan is survived by her parents Jonathan and Brittany McGowan of Monahans, Texas, brother Brayden "Bubba" McGowan of Monahans, Texas, Brylee "Bryleebee" McGowan of Monahans, Texas, grandparents Martin and Yolanda Marquez of Monahans, Texas, Marlene Lopez of Lubbock, Texas, Daren and Jerri Ann McGowan of Monahans, Texas, great grandparents LaLa and Larry (Papo) Lopez of Lubbock, Texas, Aunts, Vianae Gonzalez, Meranie Holguin, Cheyenne Marquez, Nakina Lopez, Celestina Lopez, Karen Molinar, Sheena Squires, Selina Carlos, Amy Acosta, God parents, Chris and Ruby Mendez, Uncles, Martin Marquez, Justin Marquez, Tory Molinar, Matthew Ornelas, Jesse Acosta, cousins, Kayleen Molinar, Haygan Molinar, Kienan Lopez, Zariah Marquez, Levi Marquez, Mia Squires, Sophia Pen, her dogs, Rascal, Shadow, Willie, Waylon, her cats, Sox, Baby Bray, and many, many others.

Bubbs is preceded in death by her grandparent Larry (Pappy) Lopez, great grandparents Kathleen and Jerry Redmon, step great grandparents, Albert and Beverly Bates, and Jerry Bates. "Fly High Angel, We Love You!"

Memorial services will be at 10:00AM, Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the First Baptist Church interment following after at Monahans Memorial Cemetery. Family request memorial be made to the Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
