Norris Spencer, 74, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017 in Monahans, Texas. Norris was born in Leesburg, Texas to Preston and Farine (Thomas) Spencer.
He loved to spend his time gardening and spending his time with his family.
Norris is preceded in death by his parents; Preston Spencer, Farine Thomas ; son, James Darren Spencer; sister; Arbie Roberts, brothers; Lynn D. Carthon, and Willie J. Carthon.
He is survived by his wife; Christine Spencer of Monahans, TX, sons; Christopher Spencer, Nick Spencer, and Charles Phillips all of Monahans, TX; daughters; Charlotte Phillips of Monahans, TX, Edith Spencer of Fort Worth, TX, Sherri Denise Adams of Dallas, TX; sisters; Vernell Myers of Monahans, TX, Shirley Carthon of Kirby,TX, Delores Spearman of Belleville, MI, brother; and Paul Fletcher of Apollo Beach, FL.
