Ruby Newman

Ruby Pal (Wein) Newman, 83, formerly of Monahans, passed away Friday, July 10, 2015 at her residence in Tyler, TX. She was born January 26, 1932 in Midland to George and Viola (Hartwell) Wein. They moved to Monahans, where she was raised.

Pal married Oliver Dean Newman on November 15, 1952. She worked many jobs in her lifetime, including Baird's Bakery, Taco USA and Pizza Hut, alongside her husband in the electric business she also managed several residential properties. She had a beautiful soul and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; 3 brothers, Corbett, Charlie and George.

Pal is survived by her daughter, Delia Pal Keith and husband Dean of Tyler; David Wein and wife Christine of Colorado; 2 grandchildren, Michael Keith and wife JoAnn and Tyerell Keith and wife Jessica, all of Tyler; 5 great-grandchildren, Blake, Charlie, Ethan, Jackson, and Ella; and many nieces and nephews.

Interment will be held privately by the family at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
