Sabino Aguirre

Sabino Madrid Aguirre, 84, passed away on March 18, 2018 in Monahans, Texas. He was born on October 3, 1933 in Marfa, Texas to Sabino Aguirre and wife Thomasa.

Sabino loved spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed watching his Dallas Cowboys play.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife; Emilia T. Aguirre, parents; Sabino and Thomasa Aguirre, brothers; Enrique Aguirre, Oscar Aguirre, sisters; Elvida Martinez, Elisa Tercedo, Maria Blaza, and Elena Tarango.

Sabino is survived by his loving children; Debbie Armendariz and husband Paul, Joe Aguirre Sr. and wife Veronica, grandchildren; Anthony Armendariz, Annika Armendariz, Joe Aguirre Jr., Angelina Aguirre, and one sibling; Manuel Aguirre.

Pallbearers will be Joe Aguirre Jr., Anthony Armendariz, Cruz Tarango, Rene Martinez, Juan Martinez, and Oscar Aguirre.

Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Harkey Funeral Home in Monahans, Texas. Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church in Monahans, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church in Monahans, Texas with Father Allen officiating, burial will follow at the Catholic Cemetery in Marfa, Texas at 3:00 p.m.
