Bill Kelp was born in Whittier, Ca. To Russell and Leona Kelp on March 13th, 1953.
Bill Kelp is preceded in death by his beloved parents Russell and Leona Kelp.
Bill Kelp is survived by his loving sister Serena Roark and her husband Doug Roark and his three nephews and their wives. Russell Roark, wife Tonya Roark, Randal Roark, and Ryan Roark, wife Kelly Roark.
His remains will be buried beside his parents, Russell and Leona Kelp in Stratford Texas
